We are producing a training video for HR managers at a financial services company. Our concept is to do it in the retro style of black & white educational films from the 1940s and 1950s. The narration for these videos was always very earnest and a little stilted. We are looking for a humorous delivery, but one that will still work for a conservative corporate audience. There are a series of 5 short vignettes. A deep voice preferred.

Yes, hiring a rock star can be a lot of fun. But Personnel must always ensure that there’s a good fit between the candidate and the position.
Remember, no matter what the position, always hire a candidate who vastly exceeds the qualifications for the job. Sure, they may be too experienced, too knowledgeable, and feel the job is beneath them. But why settle for a candidate who’s merely a good fit, when you can hire a rock star.
