Grocery Store Training Video 
We are creating a training video for new hires at a regional grocery store chain. It's pretty straightforward, but since it's a long script keeping it interesting as possible is important. This is one of the first steps after getting hired, so try to be inviting and approachable. Thanks!

It's pretty straightforward, but since it's a long script keeping it interesting as possible is important. This is one of the first steps after getting hired, so try to be inviting and approachable.  
As an employee of *****************, you are a critical part of the success of our business. This orientation video will help you learn more about our company policies and expectations, so you can better focus on our promise of delivering an extraordinary shopping experience for every customer.

A customer's choice to shop your store is the reason we have our jobs. Your friendly smile will always create a good customer impression. Be as helpful and courteous as possible in every situation. There is nothing we won’t do for a customer. Practice our 10 foot rule by making eye contact and offering a genuine greeting to each customer you encounter within a 10 foot radius. Ask if you can be of service. If your customer has a question you can’t answer, find someone else who can help. Never say “no” or “I don’t know” to a customer. Over time you’ll get to know customer names and establish a friendly rapport with them. Remember to keep your conversations short and sincere without getting too personal.
