Ask if you can be of service. If your customer has a question you can’t answer, find someone else who can help. Never say Â“no” or “I don’t know” to a customer. Over time you’ll get to know customer names and establish a friendly rapport with them. Remember to keep your conversations short and sincere without getting too personal.
