Before you begin make sure you have all of the grill parts by using the chart provided in your installation instructions.
Unpack bottom panel and four casters. Remove sixteen pre-assembled screws on the bottom panel to secure the four casters. Two casters should assemble on the line of left side, swivel caster assemble on the front right side. Then swivel caster with brake assemble on the rear right side.
To begin assembly of the slide out tank tray, loosen the screw and washer which is attached to tank bolt from outside of gas tank tray. Re-attach screw and washer from inside the tank tray.
Flip over the base and remove four screws on the bottom base and using those four screws, assemble the tank tray to the bottom base.
Attach the L shape bracket to the bottom panel by removing the preassembled screws on the left side and then secure the L bracket to the panel.
To assemble the cart, loosen the eleven screws which are preassembled on the bottom panel. Then loosen three preassembled screws on the left side panel and three on the right side panel.
Secure the left side panel by clipping the open hole onto the screws which are pre-assembled to the bottom panel and tighten the three screws.
Then, secure the right side panel and rear panel in the same manner as your completed left panel.
Secure the door support trim by clipping the open hole onto the screws that are pre-assembled to the bottom and right side panel.
Remove top two screws on each side of the cart frame. Then remove the two screws from the front of the inside of the panels. Place the cart frame in position with opening facing up and to the right.
Remove four screws pre-assembled on the door and using those four screws assemble the hinge onto the door. Attach door to cart by aligning the screw holes on the door with the screw holes in the door hinge.
Loosen two screws which are pre-assembled on the cart frame and two screws pre-assembled on the heat shield. Hang the heat shield between the cart frame and rear panel of cart by the screws previously loosened, and tighten screws.
Remove the four screws on the tabs of the side panel top. Using an assistant, place the firebox on the cart with the hose inside the cart and make sure the LP regulator hose is placed through the gap area of the heat shield, then reattach the four screws.
To assemble the left side shelf, remove screws from the bottom and loosen screws from the top of the side shelf front panel. Then, attach the side shelf front panel to the side shelf using the two screws removed earlier and two screws loosened.
Remove two screws from the side of the side shelf. Remove the one screw on the grill control panel and the two screws on the grill side panel.
Attach the top of the side shelf to the grill by inserting the two screws removed into the side shelf from inside the grill hood and tighten.
The same procedure should be followed for the right side shelf with side burner as you just completed for the left side shelf.
On the assembled right side burner shelf, remove the two screws from the side burner valve assembly. Push the valve stem out through the opening of the side burner shelf.Line up the holes and attach the side burner valve assembly and bezel to the side burner shelf.
Attach side burner orifice bracket with side burner tube with preassembled brass screw, then tighten by wrench.
Connect electrical plugs on underside of side burner.
