GoFit Gravity Bar 
Greetings. This is a DVD shipped along with the product showing the user all the various exercises and how to perform them using this equipment. Our voice should be bright, pleasing and motivating. We're not looking for smokey or sexy. Accent should be neutral, e.g. great lakes region of the US and you should understand basic exercises and how they're performed. Project is a buy-out and pays $750.00.

Script Details

Sample provided for auditions:

1. The Squat is a great exercise for your quadriceps, glutes and hip flexors. The squat also uses your abdominal muscles to help stabilize the movement.

2. To begin, stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and hold the straps at about the same width. Your arms should form roughly a ninety degree angle with your body. The exact distances depend on what’s comfortable and natural for you.

3. To begin the movement, breath in as you hinge at the waist and sink back, like you were sitting in a chair, until the crease of your hips is just lower than your knees.

4. To return to the start position, exhale while driving through your heels and squeezing your glutes. Remember to let your legs and glutes do the work. Resist the urge to pull yourself up using your arms or by standing on your toes.
