Late twenties/early thirties. Youthful sounding. Intelligent, but accessible. Geeky, but kind of cool. Kinda like a Google or Apple tutorial feel. Sounds like Chris Hardwick or Felicia Day. Important to be very natural sounding, conversation, not like a radio spot. A nice cadence is important.
