times they’ve been pampered. While the video is targeted at hoteliers, the goal is to strongly
advance an imaginative thought process regarding the experiences G&S can arm them with for
creating unique guest experiences.

This video will be housed on the Gilchrist & Soames Hotelier Website and be shown at trade
shows and meetings. It will also be shown internally as needed to inspire and encourage current
