Project Main Details

Generation Y animation
Our company will have to create an animated e-learning for an international company. The e-learning will only be used internally.

The learning will try to improve the communication between the older employees (management) and the new generation of young employees (Generation Y).

The animation will include short cartoon dialogues between a 40 year-old manager and a young (early 20's) employee.

Each of the 2 characters will have approx 2-3 minutes of script.
The recordings will have to be done early december.

The attached script shows a sample dialogue, where the young employee has to tell his boss that he wants to take a job abroad...It's for the same company, but he feels guilty anyway, since he likes his current boss...

Script Details

Please read a sample of the script.
Young Employee (hesitant): “Hello Bill, can I ask a question?”

Older Manager (friendly): “Sure. Fire away, Steve.”

Employee: “Well, on the internal job site, I noticed there is an opening in China”

Manager (senses where this is going): “Ehm… yes?”

Employee: “Well, I was thinking of applying. And I was wondering if I could give you up as a reference?”

Manager (curt, tries to conceal anger): “Sure.”

Employee: “Okay… Thanks, Bill.”

Employee (thinking to himself): “Well, that was difficult. I hope Bill doesn’t think that I didn’t like working for him. A job in China’s too good an opportunity to pass down”

Manager (thinking to himself): “good grief! I’m short of people as it is. And Steve’s a really excellent man. I can’t afford to miss him. What am I going to do now?”
