We establish theses premises through simple and clear routines on how to create the really attractive store. When we have clarity throughout the organisation on what we have set as priorities, it leads to an effective allocation of our resources and
ensure that we have full focus on those special activities that create our progress.
What we wish to achieve is a high and steady standard at our stores. We need to improve the lowest standard level in all stores and ensure that it is kept at a high level all days and at all hours.
No matter what time a customer walks in, we shall present an inviting and well run Gardenworks store. The tools for common routines for a higher standard are all in place, making it easier for Regional Managers and Store managers to do a better job.
