Selling vehicles with ********* solutions just got easier. With our live internet simulcast we put the auction right in your PC. Giving you a host of tools to make buying or selling across the internet the easiest and most efficient way of doing business.

A key feature of ********* Solutions website is that both buyer and seller can interact with the auctioneer through the live audio video simulcast. When you’re in your office, and your selling vehicles, you can actually participate as if you are live and in the auction room. You can communicate with the auctioneer; tell him/her information you might want communicated to the buyers. For example: A vehicle may have features not disclosed on the book sheet, or a seller may offer free transportation with the purchase of a particular vehicle.

Also a seller can communicate to the auctioneer if the reserve amount has been met and he can now proceed to sell the car. You don’t have to be in the auction room, yet, you’re still live and interacting with the auctioneer and the buyers.

Another feature for a seller is the ability to upload your inventory direct from your computer, through Kelly Bluebook, using the standard exporting feature from the KBB software.

********* solutions has made purchasing vehicles online more convenient and more comfortable than any other auction. ********* Solutions vehicles are pre-inspected and photographs are taken and uploaded for the auction. This allows a buyer to get the most perspective of a car without actually having to stand in front of it. Photographs may show interior and exterior views, as well tire quality so a buyer can buy with confidence.

Bidding online has never been easier. With ********* solutions exclusive software a buyer can participate in bidding on a vehicle with virtually no delay. If the auctioneer is asking for a particular dollar amount and you just want to open the auction you have the power to open a bid. Then you can interact with the auctioneer as the offers go up and bid live along with the rest of the room.

Another huge benefit to a buyer is that you don’t actually have to be at your desk when the auction runs. This feature can be set up so that anytime before the auction starts , you can go online and preview the vehicles along with all of the announcements and photos, choose the vehicles that you’re interested in, make offer on the car. And the computer will act in your place bidding on that vehicle for you.

You can place a “hard bid” that will tell the computer that you just want to pay that amount for the car or you can place a “proxy bid.” This tells the computer to actually bid in your place. So when that particular vehicle runs, and the auction starts, the computer will take over as if you were bidding on the car. It will input your bid for you. Let’s say that you would offer a maximum of $10,000 on a vehicle, and the bidding starts at $8,500, then the computer would insert your bid at $100 increments until the vehicle either sells or has reached your maximum proxy bid. If a seller releases the car for $9,500 then you pay $9,500.

Two other key features of our website are the search and notification tools. There are lots of search tools. You can find vehicles of a particular make, model, mileage or whatever criteria you want to select. You can input that vehicle into our system, and our system will keep you updated when that particular vehicle becomes available. You can tell the computer to notify you when a particular vehicle you’re looking for is available and it will fax, email, or even send a text message to a mobile device.

That’s the other nice thing about the website. Interacting with the website actually allows you to interact with our staff. If an offer is put in through the website, our staff is also notified. If you’re interested in a particular vehicle, then we can make that deal for you right at that time.

After the sale, the vehicles that were not sold are available for purchase with a “buy now” feature and that vehicle is available and can be purchased immediately.

Another solution that we have to liquidate your wholesale vehicles is our fresh trade sale. This sale is not only effective in selling fresh trade inventory but it saves time and money for a dealers used car department.

What we do is we take your trade-ins that are not frontline quality vehicles, transport them to one of our locations and invite all used and new car dealers to our location to bid on these vehicles in a closed auction environment.

Our inventory is updated every week and every Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 5 pm buyers are invited to view the vehicles live. A buyer can sit in a vehicle, start up the engine and even take a small test drive around the lot. Then they can either fax us their offers or input them online at our website, which allows bidding until midnight, Thursday.

In a closed bid environment competition is created and prices rise because buyers know 70 or 80 other people are coming to that location and bidding on these cars, but they don’t know what the other buyer are offering, so if they think that a car is worth $8,000, and they want that car, then they’re going to bid that whole $8,000. They have to bid on the value of the car, not just what others think the car is worth.

Whereas if you were to take that same car and run it through a live auction and even though a buyer thinks that car is worth $8,000, everyone else may think it’s only worth $7,200. When the bidding stops at $7,200 he’s going to buy that car at $7,300.

In a closed auction that doesn’t happen. That person has to pay the full $8,000 because they don’t want to bid $7,600 and then lose the car. That’s what’s making this auction very successful.

We are a 10 year old company with locations throughout southern California. that allows surrounding dealers to bring their vehicles to the nearest location and save money in time and transportation.

Also our fresh trade sale has some of the lowest buy and sell fees in the industry. Our overhead is low and our process is simple which allows us to pass that saving on to you.

In a closed bid environment the seller does not need to be present at the auction to sell the vehicles. Every Friday our sales department will call you direct and at that time we will close all the sales and notify the buyers. Usually less than an hour week is spent on liquidating fresh trade inventory.
