Friendly Training Video 
This video will provide an overview of the contract (builder) channel, the segments that make up the contract channel, a description of the Customer Service Initiative and project objectives. In addition to the voice-over segments, interviews with builders and managers will be included. Audience will be call center reps, parts sourcing center, fileld service group, and field sales. The objective is to inform viewers, as well as create an emotional connection to their role in the Customer Service Initiative project. Audience will be mostly male - a lot of service technicians. Voice needs to be friendly and interesting.
The total script is about 6 minutes.

Audition script:

Project CSI, or the Contract Service Initiative, was developed to resolve service challenges in the contract channel.

In the Fall of 2006, the CSI Team was formed to research how we fail to meet the service needs of builders and the contract channel customer.
The team met with builder representatives, service technicians, call center representatives and sales representatives across the country.

Ten key items, or failures with our current service model, were identified that impacted our contract channel customers and their homeowners.
