No preference as to male or female but voice should be a motivational sound.

You will be recording instructional text in the personal development business (Leadership files) so this text has much to do with changing internal feelings and attitudes. We want the client to listen to each chapter 5 to 6 times, so it needs to be conversational, motivational and upbeat, not monotone. We don't want it to be too motivational either.
