Florence Customer Trial 
We are producing an internal video that describes a new system Shell is coming out with. We need an energetic and perhaps youthful voice to really bring life into this somewhat dull and run of the mill script. It's a bit long and has two main section. The first section, is about describing the vision of the program and should feel inspiring. The second part is a day in the life description and should feel matter of fact in delivery but still with a smile and bit of excitement.

But now with Shell Vantage, we can engage with Ashley on a personalized basis to meet her needs and improve her experience to bring her to Shell more often.

One night, while on Facebook, she notices a post about winning a family trip from Shell to the Daytona 500. Her family loves NASCAR, so she clicks through and signs up for the “Ordinary Becomes Extraordinary” promotion by uploading fun photos of a race car her kids made from boxes and stuff around the house, while entering her name and email address in the process.

Upon submission, she quickly learns that she can increase her chances of winning by joining Fuel Rewards Network, setting up her personal profile, liking Shell on Facebook and following us on Twitter.

During her next visit to Shell, she smiles when greeted at the pump by name and congratulated for joining Fuel Rewards. She never expected to feel welcomed and appreciated like this.

Delighted, she enjoys her 3¢-off-per-gallon everyday offer. Having set her profile preferences, she fuels up faster than ever before since she’s given fewer prompts and is on her way.

Upon receiving her eReceipt that she’d opted in for, she’s pleased to see that it contains an offer for 5¢-off-per-gallon valid for the next 10 days if she completes a survey, which she does. She stops in later that week and is excited to see that 5¢ offer she’d received in exchange for giving us valuable feedback combined at the pump with additional cents off she’d earned shopping online through the Fuel Rewards Network.

From the survey, we learn that Ashley is a Quality Believer although she buys only mid-grade gasoline. She needs to be introduced to the benefits of V-Power!

Shell leverages that valuable knowledge, giving her a personalized offer of an additional 50¢ off per gallon on V-Power. This is exactly what she was looking for.

We’ve succeeded in gathering actionable data and bringing her in more frequently. This knowledge also allowed us to personalize offers to upgrade her to V-Power and increase revenue.

Shell Vantage makes this all possible. In the future, Shell Vantage will allow for a more personalized and mobile experience to keep pace with consumer expectations and make our competitive advantage even greater.
