Fixed Price vs Cost Plus vs Client Control 
We are looking to record a voice over to go along with a video that we will be animating. The audience is potential customers looking to build or renovate their home.

The tone should be professional and a voice of reason. Almost as if you were one of our construction management managers sitting down with our potentials clients and explaining the 3 different options they can chose from.
