Project Main Details
It's for part of a training E-learnig program for a single organisation where you will be speaking one half of a conversation so an ability to act a little is vital.
The part you will play is as a co-trainer, firstly giving the other trainer a chance to repeat and clarify points in the E-learning so you need to sound like you're asking smart questions, then explaining things to an educated audience.
I know the fee is low but payment will be by PayPal straight away (no chasing money), the scripts are pretty easy and I'm nice to work with.

"Maria, since we focus on children in UNICEF, is there something in the human rights treaties that specifically relate to children?
Not sure I’ve quite got the purpose of these Core Commitments.
So… what exactly do we mean by RBM?
So it… aims to improve management effectiveness in achieving those results?
I think I've got it. Perhaps you could give me another example.
Sure. If we were running an awareness campaign to promote the use of impregnated bed nets, it could be something like: ‘Children under 5, boys and girls, in endemic areas sleep under an impregnated bed net’.
OK; so how do benchmarks fit?
We need to consider how relevant is a policy, program or intervention to our human rights-based approach, to policies set out in our mission statement and the Strategic Plan, to stakeholders’ needs, national priorities, partners’ policies and global references, such as CRC and CEDAW [PRONOUNCED "SEE- DAW"].
Evaluating this is about ensuring that the program is using resources in the most efficient manner possible to achieve its intended results.
We need to assess whether the activities are achieving their stated objectives.
We have to find out what the results are, be they positive or negative, intended or unforeseen – including the social, economic and environmental effects on individuals, communities and institutions.
Finally, we need to think in terms of what will happen to activities and their impact once external support is withdrawn."
