Script Details

Please read a sample of the script.
A woman in her 50s is seen
taking her elderly dog on their daily walk.

The dog is clearly having difficulty walking.

During the following narration, the video cuts back and forth between the pet owner and her dog.

Also included are a number of shots from the dog’s POV.

You know ... taking these walks is getting more difficult every day. I remember just a few years ago ... how much fun it used to be.

The two of us took long walks together.

We would break into a run and I could feel the wind in my face. It was glorious … but not anymore.

Nowadays, it’s just too painful. It’s my back and legs. They hurt so much, all the time.

** of the woman looking down at her dog.

So we had to slow down. I guess that’s what happens.

** of the dog gazing back at her owner.

Poor Betty, I know she’s very upset about it. She seems so sad.

Cut to:
The woman kneels down to hug the dog as the narration continues.

Well, after all it’s a dog’s life.

It’s my life. I guess that’s the way it is.
What can I do?
