Target audience is owners of small-medium sized businesses; no nonsense professionals.
Female voice should have no discernable accent and speak in North American English.
Prefer voice to be an alto or low suprano tambor.
Voice should be polished, evenly paced, upbeat (not excited or giddy), and confident (not urgent) with an important message to share that will solve problems.
