[slide 4] We’ve designed the program to align our interests with yours. It starts with us only getting paid if you get the job; This encourages us to send you close-able leads, so we verify each lead before sending it out, because we don’t want to waste your time.
We limit the program to a few of the best contractors in each market, because we’re more confident the job will be done right, and exclusivity makes the program more valuable to our members.
[slide 5] Let’s compare the Free Leads Program to traditional lead providers you may be involved with. Because traditional lead providers get paid for every lead they send out, it’s in their interest to send out as many leads as they can. They tend to send out every conceivable lead with little regard for it’s quality, to as many contractors as possible. You might end up competing with five or six contractors for the same job. And if your competition offers unrealistic bids, even the homeowner prefers you, who thinks your firm is the right, if they get confused and wonder why is your competitor’s price significantly lower, you lose out on either the job, or a decent margin. With this amount of competition, you may not even get a chance to bid on the job. If you’re involved with some of the lead providers out there, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about.
In business, time is money. When you get bad leads, or waste your time competing with too many contractors, you lose – but the lead company still gets paid. These problems exist because their interests are not aligned with yours.

This brief presentation will describe our Free Leads Program, and the advantages over traditional Leads Programs you may have joined in the past. Like the name suggests, you don’t pay for leads.
[slide 2] You get every lead we generate in your reserved territories, for free. You pay only after you’ve signed a contract with the customer. Then we charge you 7.5% on the first $10,000 you charge, and 2% on the contract balance.
[slide 3] We only accept 3 contractors in each territory, and those 3 contractors receive every lead we generate – which members in this program get more leads. Our members also know exactly who they’re competing with.
