Project Main Details
The Ticket Seller is a solitary, extremely harmed in the past and now half-conscious, half-possessed (by Whitmarsh), somewhat mentally ill (denial syndrome) and deeply sad woman, about 55 years old. In the late seventies she spent the weekend with her friends and boyfriend (they were among the last of the hippies) in the woods right when and where Whitmarsh was building the Ravenwood Park and his “machine of death” beneath. They all fell victim to him and thus the young girl witnessed her friends and boyfriend being killed by Whitmarsh. He kept her alive though to completely break her down and control her mind to make her an unaware guard at the gates of the Park so that she would always warn him should any risk of someone learning the truth about the Park appear.
Ideally we are looking a actress that could play both "young" and "older" versions of our character but we could also consider two actresses for each parts.
Initial recording, for the first part of the game, will have 215 words with only "older" version of the character. More recordings, for both older and young versions of the character will be necessary until the end of May (or sooner). 2013-03-21 12:54:51 GMT 2013-03-25 12:00:00 (GMT -05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) Yes (click here to learn more about ) Closed 0 0 0 direct invitation(s) have been sent by the voice seeker resulting in 0 audition(s) and/or proposal(s) so far. The Player’s Character meets the Ticket Seller, working at the small souvenir shop, located just behind the Park entrance. She makes the impression of an older, kind, and polite lady.
1. Welcome to the park, ma'am.
2. I overheard you speaking to Mr. Whitmarsh.
3. What a frightening story. I'm sorry to say I didn't witness a thing...
Older and "half-conscious, half-possessed" Ticket Seller
The Player’s Character soon discovers that the illusion was affecting also people—she sees the Ticket Seller, looking and behaving extremely differently than before. The woman speaks with a sad, at times nostalgic, unaware and somewhat “absent” voice. At this moment, she makes the impression of a half-conscious and mentally ill person, somewhat partially possessed. It is unclear for now, what her role in all of this is.
1. I must watch… I must watch…
2. What happened? Nothing… Something… I don't remember… I must've had a nap.
Younger Ticket Seller
When Young Ticket Seller find her friend imprisoned behind bars, by antagonist, in dreadful looking Chamber. Shout in terror.
1. It's Connie, bound and imprisoned. What a sick psychopath is doing all this... And where is Mark?
