Employment law elearning module
Looking for a warm, authoritative voice for a 25-minute e-learning module on sexual harassment, directed at employees. Voice should be professional but "real" -- not too corporate or commercial. Long-term, we're looking for a consistent voice for an ongoing series of employment law e-learning modules.

The audio does not have to be edited, as we will be producing the module in Articulate.

Script Details

Looking for a warm, authoritative voice
At the end of this presentation you will be able to:

One: Define the two types of harassment.

• Type 1 is “hostile work environment” harassment. You’ll be able to recognize how peers, managers and non-employees can create a hostile workplace.

• Type 2 is Quid Pro Quo” harassment. You’ll learn the obvious – and not-so-obvious – ways that managers engage in it.

Two: This presentation will also explain two key terms related to harassment:

• “Membership in a protected class,” and

• The “reasonable person test” that the courts use to determine what kinds of behavior may, or may not, constitute harassment

This presentation will identify the proper channels for filing a complaint and describe what actually happens during the complaint investigation process.

And finally, we’ll define “retaliation” and explain why employees are protected from retaliation for filing a complaint of discrimination or harassment.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
