The picture of deserter prone areas of Pakistan is complex and not very visual to say the least. Like Oxfam, several humanitarian organizations, welfare groups and individuals are bringing change in pockets. Most obvious and landmark change is taking place in the rational of the locals. Things that once believed to be impossible can now be seen.
