The second way health and safety training is commonly delivered is through computer or web-based instruction. Computer-based training can be a good way to provide individualized instruction and can be used in group settings as well. Web-based instruction can be self-paced or delivered by an instructor in a classroom. In either case, a knowledgeable person should be available to answer learner questions or address computer issues that arise.
Closely related to computer-based instruction is teleconferencing. Teleconferencing software allows an instructor to reach a large population in many different locations. A variety of learning methods can be used (such as lecture, group discussion, and demonstration) to engage learners, and teleconferences can be recorded for future use on a 24/7 basis.
The third type of training often used in Health and Safety is hands-on training. Hands-on training provides learners with the opportunity to practice new skills under realistic job conditions. This makes learning easier and increases the transfer of training to the job. Sometimes, hands-on training is used to supplement classroom or web-based training. In these cases, it tends to pick up where the fundamental training stopped - and allow users to practice applying new knowledge or skills.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
