Elearning training module 
I am working on a pilot project - elearning modules for technical courses in India. To start with, MBA is the target segment and I will need to come up with a fully-featured demo on one of the MBA subjects in a very short period of time. I am basically looking at employing / hiring the services of a voice-over talent for a long term engagement model.

Basic Requirements from the voice-over talent would be as follows:
1. Good diction.
2. Neutral accent.
3. Cost conscious.

The Voice Actor should have at least 5 years of experience in the voice industry.
The voice seeker is willing to hire either union or non-union talents for this project

Script Details

Welcome to the Chapter on Segmentation and Targeting. The learning objectives of this module are as follows:
•Understanding the concept of customer value proposition to define the need for segmentation.
•Inherent inefficiency of non-segmented markets.
•Concepts of market segmentation and target marketing and their use in developing marketing strategy.
•Methods of segmenting consumer and organizational markets.
•Factors that can be used to evaluate market segments.
•Evaluating market segments and target market selection.
•Four strategies of target marketing: undifferentiated, differentiated, focused and customized marketing.

Let us first understand the meaning and then go onto to understand why segmentation is required. Segmentation is the process of dividing the market of a product or service in smaller groups of customers. The customers in one group should
(i)buy the product for the same purpose, or
(ii)use the product in the same way, or
(iii)buy the product in the same way.
