Project Parameters

The Voice Actor should have at least 2 years of experience in the voice industry.

With the “ optional “ license for password self –services, you can customize OneSign user policies to achieve the balance of security and user convenience that best suits your organization. This lesson identifies user policy setting for password self-service including user policy challenges . Let’s set up this policy.
Log on to your OneSign Administration
Select Policies,
User Policies, Add
Enter the name of your new policy.
Select Password Self-Service tab
The set up for password self-services is similar to the settings for question and answer authentication First, you determined the number of questions required when the user enrolls. You have the option of 1 -10 questions.
Then, determine the number of questions that the user has to answer in order to be authenticated. These settings should model the settings you have determined for the question-and-answer authentication method.
Clicking on the link labeled “security questions” a dialog box opens listing all of the questions that are available to your users for enrollment.
Clicking on a specific question opens a second dialog box. Here you make the question mandatory and enter additional language translations.
Let’s go back to the prior screen.
If you click on the “add a new question” button you can write a question that you want your users to answer. An example of a custom question is “what is your employee ID?” Add a check if this question is mandatory.
Now, let’s return to the password self-service configuration screen.
You have the option to allow users to reset their primary authentication password using their questions and answers. If you check this option, upon first log on the user experiences a dialog box that asks them if they would like to log in or reset their password and then log in.
If you uncheck this option, they are directed straight to the questions to gain emergency access.
The final option, when selected, forces self-service password enrollment meaning that the user is not able to dismiss the question answer dialog box upon first login. If they do click the cancel button on the enrollment dialog box they are logged out of the machine.
