I'm looking to add the speaking to existing user training videos. The videos are already created, we just need the audio. The video is broken out by slides and we need an MP3 for each slide. I can provide the entire text for all of the slides as well as the breakout of which text belongs with each slide. I would love to get the audio back as an MP3 for each slide instead of one large MP3.
The project length will be about 5 minutes of audio. It’s reading the notes for about 30 Powerpoints. Please find the script below. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to Customer Relationship Management Training. In this course we will demonstrate how to add, find, and update Accounts and Contacts.

Use the Navigation tool on the upper left to jump to specific sections. To view the next slide, double click on the current slide or use the navigation controls at the bottom of the screen.

^Screen 2

This lesson will demonstrate how to Organize Account Information. Manage your account contacts. Track individuals not associated with a company. Quickly find accounts and contacts and Easily keep account and contact information up to date.

^Screen 3

There are 2 types of Accounts. Organizational and Individual. Organizational accounts are used for companies, vendors, and other organizations. Organizational Accounts can also contain the contact information for people that work at the organization.

The other type of account is the Individual account. This type of account is used for keeping information specific to one person.

You can use an individual account when an individual person is doing business with you and they are not acting on behalf of a company.

^ Screen 4

As an example, you have received a telephone call from Stephanie Holland, **************** Coordinator, and she wants to discuss hosting an upcoming *********************Conference at your facility. We'll add an Organizational *********************. and then add Stephanie as a Contact for the *****************

^Screen 5

In the Add Event Sales Account screen, type in the Account information.

Remember, this is the information for the company. Enter in the name and address. For communications, you can track several different types, such as the company’s web site and the main phone number. You can click on the Affiliations link to add Affiliations.

^Screen 6

If you click on the Affiliations link, you will see the add Affiliations screen. Select all of the Affiliations that you want to add for the account and add them to the selected column.

^Screen 7

When you save your affiliations, you'll be taken back to the ad account screen. Fill in the Marketing fields and assign an Account Representative.

^Screen 8

Once you have entered the Organizational Account information, you can easily add your contacts for the Account.

You can add a contact directly from the Account screen.

^Screen 9

To add a contact, select the Add Relationship from the Option menu. To follow our example, we'll add Stephanie Holland as a contact for *********.

^Screen 10

From the Add Relationship screen, enter in Stephanie's contact information.

Her address can be completely different from the address for *********.

Also note that the communication types for Stephanie will show her contact information.

^Screen 11

Now that we have learned how to add Organizational Accounts and the Contacts for those Accounts,

we will see how to add an Individual Account. Adding Individual Accounts is like adding Organizational Accounts, except that we are tracking the individual instead of an organization.

^Screen 12

As an example, we'll consider Rob Randle. Rob wants to register for the ******************** Conference that is being held at your facility. Rob is attending for his own career development. He is paying for everything and you will need to track his information in EBMS so that you can keep in communication with him and process his payments.

In order to track Rob in EBMS, we'll add a new individual account.

^Screen 13

Enter in Rob's name, address and salutation information. You can also enter in communication types. Affiliations can be assigned to individual accounts. You can also keep track of job related information.

Once Rob's account is set up you can register him for events and accept payments from him.

^Screen 14

For another individual account example, we'll see how to add Laura Stivens as an individual account.

Laura is going to be having her wedding reception at your facility.

^Screen 15

Enter in Laura's name, address and salutation information. Fill in the address and communication types. Add an affiliation if needed. You may also use the job information section to track information about Laura. Now that Laura is an account, you can reserve a reception room for her and charge expenses to her account.

^Screen 16

Searching for Accounts.

Now that we can add accounts and contacts, we'll learn how to quickly find the accounts. You can easily edit Accounts and Contacts from the search results screen. In this case, we will search for *********, find Stephanie's contact information and add her cell phone number.

^Screen 17

In this example, we'll look for all accounts with micro in the name. We type Micro into the Name field and click on Refresh.

The screen will update to show the Accounts that match the criteria. If you single click on the account, it will update the information in the four quadrants at the bottom of the screen. If you double click on the account, the edit account screen will open.

^Screen 18

In our example, searching for Micro found 3 accounts. American Center for Microbiology, Microsoft, and Microware.

If we click on *********, then click on Stephanie's name, the communication information is displayed in the upper right grid. If you double click on Stephanie's name, the edit contact screen will open.

^Screen 19

Now that we've found our contact, double click to open her record.

^Screen 20

Select cell as the communication type and enter in the phone number.

^Screen 21

Congratulations. You've completed the training on how to track accounts and contacts.

In this training, we looked at how to manage your account and contact information.

We demonstrated how to add an Organizational Account and then add contacts for that account.

We also looked at Individual accounts and how to add them.

Both account screens allow you to quickly search for an account.

Using the search functionality, you can easily find and update account information.

^Screen 22

Here are the steps to access the screens that were discussed in today's training.

Now that you have learned how to add and find accounts, you may be interested in continuing to learn about other

customer relationship management tools. To see other courses that are available, check the Course Catalog web site.
