More Effective Sleepwalking

Even if you’ve never tried sleepwalking before, you can benefit from this more effective sleepwalking lesson. It’s designed to help you complete the most unpleasant and mundane tasks in your sleep.
In this first lesson you’ll learn the basics of cleaning and exercising all in the comfort of unconsciousness.

Before starting this lesson, use rubberbands to attach a dust cloth to each of your hands and feet. Now attach sets of 3-pound ankle and wrist weights.

Are you asleep? Good. It’s time to get up. The Sleep Learning Institute recommends sleepwalking to the bathroom first. When you’re done in there, head to the kitchen. Make sure you keep up a brisk pace. Lift your arms up and down as you walk. Now try some deep lunges as you slide your feet across the floor. Careful not to kick the cat.

At this point, you might want to grab a snack from the fridge. Go for something healthy like the frozen yogurt or fresh fruit. Don’t negate all the exercise you’re getting by gorging yourself on ice cream and cold pizza.

Advanced sleepwalkers can move to the stairs now for glutes. Level 1 sleepwalkers should stay on flat ground for the first several lessons.

Do one last lap around the house to make sure you’re not leaving any dust or cobwebs behind. And when you wake up you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that you not only have a clean house, but defined calves and triceps too! Repeat this lesson nightly and you’ll never have to spend your conscious hours cleaning or working out ever again.

Now, remove your weights and dust cloths, climb into bed, and remain there the rest of the night. We assume no responsibility for any sleepwalking that occurs after this lesson.
