ESPN America and ESPN America HD, the only networks devoted exclusively to the best in North American sport, featuring coverage of the NFL, NHL, MLB and NCAA Football and Basketball across Europe, available to 19 million homes in more than 40 countries.
We are looking for a Continuity Announcer/Writer with an American accent to provide pre-recorded voiceovers for our channel in the UK and across Europe.
Overall Purpose of the Role..
This freelance role will write and voice on air continuity elements against brand guidelines to supplement on air campaigns, aid navigation, support programming and media planning initiatives across ESPN America.
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required..
Demonstrable broadcasting experience in Local or National Radio, Television Presenting or Continuity.
Experience of working in a technical environment with the ability to learn new techniques and procedures .
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience of recording audio files using relevant computer software to the required specifications outlined for broadcast.
Ability to write and deliver scripts on air in the appropriate tone of voice with flair, wit and style.
