In the next several minutes we’ll review three fundamental principles that every spirits retailer should know in order to merchandise their shelves effectively and provide a basic understanding of some of the shopper psychology that makes these principles important and effective.
Today in this module we will focus primarily on spirits, but most of the principles we will discuss are transferable to any beverage alcohol category.
The content in this presentation was developed in collaboration with *****************, an internationally recognised expert in the psychology of shopping and its application to the store environment. He is renowned for his highly strategic yet practical approach to in-store marketing, and is the author of many articles and books on the psychology of shopping.
