Our gate holdroom experience includes an ample seating in a variety of styles so there’s a comfortable space for everyone. Ample charging stations, recycling centers and tablets will enhance the travel experience. The seating areas include abundant charging stations, recycling centers and tablets to enhance the travel experience.
Smartly placed tablets will allow travelers to order food right from the gate, they can check their flight status or book additional travel, and even Skype with family and friends.

Spa services from world renowned *********will be a pleasant treat for weary travelers.

Our proposed marketplace will evoke a sense of Colorado with a variety of chef-driven options including gourmet burgers, shakes, healthy salads, deli sandwiches, pizza and essential retail offerings.
********* Food Cycle is a unique and fun way to bring food options to the passenger – this mobile platform moves strategically between the gates, offering passengers even greater convenience.
Our Gastro Pub offers travelers a premium food and drink experience in a classic Colorado pub environment. Colorful food displays and an open kitchen create a dramatic vibe that celebrates the craft of cooking.
With the hard work of our culinary team, our partnership with numerous celebrity chefs, our special relationship with the Culinary Institute of America, and our relationship with local restaurateurs and suppliers, we will ensure our menus and offerings are always on trend and in demand. Southwest Airline passengers will have the ability to make their desires known by providing input on future menu modifications via our tablets.
Starbucks is a must have brand in any travel venue – an offering most travelers say they cannot live without. We’ve heard that the most frequent questions asked of Airport Ambassadors is, “where is the Starbucks”. We would love the answer to be just down by gate C25.
Our team worked hard to design a holdroom experience that delivers on DIA’s stated objectives and goals to:
Improve the customer travel experience;
Create a new and sustainable non-airline revenue source;
Optimize the utility and value of the gate holdroom property;
Ensure operational needs are met and where possible, integrate state-of-the-art technology, dining and retail services;
Incorporate industry-leading concession practices and standards.
We would like nothing more than to make the traveler’s day better in the Concourse C West Expansion at Denver International Airport.
