Project Main Details

Dear Doctor WEB GALLERY 
Voice over will be used for a portion of the Dear Doctor Website explaining the product.

We'd like a sophisticated yet serious tone-- one that easily explains the product to a sophisticated audience of doctors and dentists alike. However the voice should not sound too high-brow or elitest, we want to sell the product to both large and small offices making it seem affordable and attainable to everyone.

*Audio tracks should be broken up as listed in the script. 11 separate audio tracks

*Entire script included.

*Can include subtle non-invasive background music that fades in and out of each selection

Welcome to the online tour of an in-magazine brochure.

This tour will give an overview of a typical 4-page magazine brochure, and walk you through the many ways Dear Doctor is used to increase patient awareness and build your practice.

It all begins with our innovative cover. A die-cut-window along the bottom left-hand corner allows your office to be featured along-side one of today's top celebrities and consumer friendly dental headlines. Think about that for a moment… Ever hear the term “Image is everything.” Sharing the cover of a magazine with a top celebrity not only increases your reputation but it also distinguishes your office as the premier dental practice in the area. Excited patients will come to know you as the dentist on the cover of Dear Doctor - Dentistry & Oral Health magazine.

In this example, a progressive Father / Daughter practice wanted their 4 pages to redefine the way people feel about dentistry. Not only did they want to showcase their office and team but also emphasize cosmetic dentistry and leading technology.

Page one introduces the doctors and team in a friendly, casual setting. Their philosophy of care is discussed, as well as the importance of an educated dental patient. Contact information is clearly displayed in multiple places so that readers know where to turn when they need the help of a dentist.

Professional credentials are discussed on page 2– as is their relationship as father and daughter. Again, website and contact details are shown in the middle of the page and two beautiful before and after cases provided by the doctor are seen towards the bottom.

Page 3 focuses on the services they provide – Spotlighting specific procedures like Zoom whitening, CEREC technology and Invisalign orthodontics. Office environmental images are shown, and technological advancements are discussed in the final paragraph.

The final page leads with two more successful before and after cases, and a recap of their patient-first philosophy. Their magazine brochure concludes with a map, directions, contact information and website details.

Remember, the first 2 to 8 pages can be customized any way you'd like. Many offices choose to include an in-depth doctor interview, patient testimonials or question-and-answer portions to their magazine brochure. The options are endless!
