Project Main Details

Target audience is anyone who loves animals. Its a love story that developed between a Dutch Emigre and the horse he saved from the glue factory for $80.00, who he thought might make a nice riding horse at a girl's school; and turned out to be one of the greatest jumpers in equestrian history.

Script Details

***custom demo required***
“Harry deLeyer’s Snowman is a horse to be reckoned with”, I wrote in my next article.

“The dappled gray clearly loves his job and there seems to be no limit to how high he is willing to jump.”

Snowman’s first two major wins were followed in rapid succession with championship titles at the nation’s biggest horse shows.

In just a few short months, the former plow horse had gone from obscurity to becoming one of the top rated show jumpers in the country.

During the Smithtown Horse Show that that season, Harry’s 5-year-old son Marty climbed aboard Snowman and took his own shot in the show ring.

Snowman had just won the big jumper class, but when he went into the ring with tiny Marty, he proved to be the most well-mannered performer in the children’s lead line class that day.

They won the blue ribbon, scoring one of the most unusual double victories on record.
