DMD Recipe Scripts 
We are seeking voice talent to accompany 7-9 stock video clips depicting various recipe how-to's. The voice should be warm, friendly, engaging and authoritative. If the voice were a character it would be a middle-aged professional chef with a passion for food and a very, very light/mild British English accent. Talent will be provided with script and video. Ideally the voice will follow along with action in the video.

• Deliver edited and finished voice tracks
The Voice Actor should have at least 3 years of experience in the voice industry.

Script Details

A perfectly poached egg is easy to learn and is used in many classic dishes, such as Eggs Benedict.

First, pour a tablespoon of white vinegar into a cup or small bowl. (PAUSE 4 sec)

Crack an egg into the cup. (PAUSE 3 sec)

Have a medium-sized saucepan of water simmering on the stove. Add a small amount of vinegar to the hot water.

Now, stir the water in a clockwise motion and gently pour the egg into the vortex of the simmering water.

Ladle the hot water over the top of the egg. Maintain the water temperature to just below simmering.

Cook until the white of the egg is set and the yolk center is still soft, approximately 4 minutes. Lift the egg out of the water and lower into a bowl of cool water.

When cool enough to handle, trim away the ragged edges of the egg white. (PAUSE 8 sec)

Add a pinch of salt and it is ready to serve or to add as a topping to a favorite dish.
