A client has request voice over for a large country estate in Idaho. Client is looking for "Kevin Costner". A warm voice with a "country" feel. You job will be conveying the Idaho Ranch appeal for a real estate brokerage. The voice must be believable so a natural slight southern accent is preferred but not required. This could turn into a long term contact with multiple listings. This is for a website, a virtual tour of a real estate property. It is a local property in Boise Idaho.
