Innovative Follow-Up Strategies to Implement following this Expo is presented by BKW Transformation Group a business process management consulting firm in process and technology and green business operations

The purpose of this presentation is to provide you with easy to implement ideas that will improve your chances of standing out from the crowd.

Follow Up Strategy Number 1. (2 second pause)

Give Yourself a Deadline - Most people who don’t follow up within 24 hours of an event likely won’t, that’s because they start when back in the office, dealing with issues that surfaced while they were away.

Use a 24 hour deadline; it forces you to take action. The key is, starting the process at the event itself, in the hotel, or whenever you can carve out 15 minutes before getting back to home base. When you return to the hotel or office sort through the cards and contact information received, rank them as A’s, B’s, and C’s. A’s get top priority, then B’s, then C’s.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
