Balance: A state of equilibrium.

Each movement on the CoreMaster trainer has an adjustable friction brake that allows adjustments for each individuals, needs and strengths. The gage helps monitor progress and is an easy adjustment for multiple users.
The forward and back motion of the Trainer, strengthens, flex’s and extends the back and abdominals.
The foam roller moves up and down your spine and provides intersectional traction.
The foam roller can also be shifted to the right and left of the spine to flex, extend and strengthen the internal and external oblique muscles, aiding in the take away and follow through of
the golf swing. This exercise also provides myofascial release to the paraspinal muscles and connective tissues in the middle and lower back, adding to flexibility and freedom of motion.
Coordination: Harmonious combination or interaction
Power: The ability to move as rapidly as possible against resistance or through a movement.
The Lumbar rotation or side to side motion of the Trainer helps coordinate the rotation of the hips, torso, and shoulders. The 180 degree rotation of your torso, adds flexibility for your shoulder turn. The free floating seat lets your hips rotate, in a balanced position, preventing “the sway or falling off” golf swing. The ideal swing has your shoulders rotating at twice the rotation of your hips. By bringing the arms forward you can imitate your exact swing, with a straight back, and proper hip and shoulder
rotations. This coordination of movements adds power to your swing through freedom of motion.
This exercise, gives flexibility and strength to the deep trunk extensors of the upper and lower
back, the internal and external oblique muscles, and hips. This aids in a smooth and controlled
take away and stability while accelerating to the follow through of your golf swing.
Strength: The ability to move in a controlled manner, in a situation or movement which has muscular and coordination demands similar to the target activity.
Endurance: The general or specific ability to repeat a movement without fatigue or a decrease in coordination or power.
Regular workouts on CoreMaster’s Core Trainer will increase your strength, add power to your game, and eliminate fatigue during your round. We all want extra distance and more control of our shots. New clubs are not always the answer. By increasing your strength and endurance you can maintain the proper swing plains throughout your round.
