Sometimes the smallest gesture can make a big difference in someone's life
A quick phone call,
A simple how are you,
An invitation to dinner,
Little things that let them know they are not alone,
And that there is someone who cares.

It’s up to us to make a difference. Visit **************** to learn how to help others.
