**********.net is a web based scheduling application that visually guides you through the scheduling process. You can access **********.net from any computer connected to the Internet.
Very little information is required to start scheduling with **********.net; all you need is to define your business type. For example hotel or Medical center. The roles in your business, for instance, nurse, doctor or technician. And the shifts in a short, 3 steps wizard. Then, you can start scheduling immediately.
The scheduling view is the main work area where you can assign employees to shifts, add a new employee and define employee shift preferences. The grid is organized by shifts, so you can easily see the big picture.
**********.net is the only software that allows you to visually maintain your coverage by keeping the work sheet blue.
In this example you can clearly see who is working in the morning shift and that there is one slot that is not yet been filled.
When you need to find an available employee, **********.net shows you which employee is the best fit for the shift, you can select an employee according to the number of shifts he is already assigned to.
Once the employee is scheduled you will get immediate feedback. In this case the employee cannot be assigned to this shift, and so the cell is colored in red. You can see the reason for the conflict by pointing to the assignment box.
Once your schedule is complete, you can invite your employees to access and view their personal schedule and allow them to enter their work preferences.
For advanced scheduling, you can also use the settings menu, so how you set up **********.net account is entirely up to you.
