Script Details

Sample script below provided by the voice seeker for auditions.
When you register with *** they will do hundreds of compliance checks to insure that you are in fact a legitimate business. These compliance checks include 100s of cross references such as; matching the address on llc documents to your other business documents. The smallest inconsistency can get you blacklisted by ***** It is very important that you are fully compliant with these checks before trying to register with******
In this video we will be going through the different compliance requirements

The first three complaince checks are for your TAX ID NUMBER also known as an EIN, list of officers and your business address. You will need to have an EIN for your business to legally transact business. This is the first step you will take to become compliant. Your list of officers are simply the members you have listed on your LLC. The business address you are using for your corporate credit must be a single occupied address. This means that you cannot use any virtual offices or registered agents.
You will need to be sure that the address that you use on your LLC documents is the same address you use on your other business documents such as; phone registration, listing with 411, business accounts, etc. The smallest difference of your address being spelled smith s t dot on what document and being spelled out s t r e e t on another could get you blacklisted. One of the checks DNB does is to call 411 and ask for your business name then they match up the number and address listed with 411 with other documents.
When building corporate credit it is easiest to have a home state LLC. If you have a out of state LLC you will need to have an actual business address and suite number that belongs soley to you and not other companies as well as a business phone lan line. If you own property out of your home state it may be possible to build corporate credit underneath an out of state LLC. However for simplicity and safety purposes it is best to use a homestate llc. You will also need to get a business license, DNB wil lcheck with the state to make sure you have one. If you don’t have a business license you will be seen as a illegitimate business and therefore blacklisted by DNB. Your business bank accoutn solidifies the fact that you are a legitimate business. This account will need ot be a business account and will need to have your business phone listed as the contact.
As mentioned in the two previous videos personal guarantees are a viable option to speed up the corporate credit building process. If you would like to use personal guarantees to speed up the process you will need to make sure you know your credit scores. If needed you may need to repair your credit to be eligible to give personal guarantees.
