Script Details

***custom demo required***
It was in this environment, 7,000 miles away, that one man, J.W. Wallace, was set out on an unique mission. His target? The only place on the planet known as Goodlettsville.
His plan? To pray with a handful of people. As in the Book of Acts, a humble prayer meeting in the Sircy (pronounced sir-see) home birthed a church in the heart of this small community.

In 1945, the young congregation purchased their first meeting house for $1,800, a modest church on the corner of Church and Depot Street. Bro. J.O. Wallace, son of J.W. Wallace, was established as pastor....

Bro. Carson’s passion was contagious. It spread to the congregation, shaping the warm and friendly church culture that we know today. Sis. Carson recalls Bro. Carson often saying, “You see how people respond when you just love them.”

The church was vibrant and thriving, but with wisdom Bro. Carson looked ahead and saw a new season around the corner. It was time for change, but the change would not come in the form of a new building or remodel. It has been said that ‘we need leaders that know how to pass the baton while they still have strength to cheer.” Bro. Carson was that kind of leader.
