Child Spanish-Speaking Voice Talent

MUST BE IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA FOR IN-STUDIO RECORDING!
You will be dubbing in Spanish over already existing audio for "What is Asthma?" animation.
Segment Run Time: Five minutes, 10 seconds
The script centers around a group of kids who are attending Camp RAD. Camp RAD was developed as a teaching tool for a children with asthma. Within the video, there is a fictional camper named Randy, who gives lessons on how to prevent and treat asthma. This will be a segment on the Camp RAD DVD presentation with different lessons that walk the viewers through proper asthma preventative measures.
We are going to provide you with a couple of excerpts from the script and we would like you to record a demo (MP3).
Below are the characters who we are currently casting for (3 boys, 1 girl):
Randy: He is the main character, who leads the other campers through the different segments. He talks about prevention, symptoms, and treatment of asthma. The voice we are looking for is a warm, friendly, inviting, bright, and informative child.
Jessica: She is the only female in the segment. She is very smart and engaged with the discussion. She is genuinely interested in learning, and is very attentive.
Javier: He is very light-hearted, hip, young, and energetic.
David: He is confident, engaging, young, and bright.
Be sure to take you time with the dialogue, you don’t have to rush. We want to know what you can do with your voice and the character. This is an audition piece, we encourage that you do a couple of takes (or versions) of the lines so that we can get a gauge on what you can do.
*** It is very important that these characters sound like real children and not sound like adults doing children’s voices. Please do your best when it comes to this. ******
The target audience for this DVD is for 7 – 12 year olds who have asthma and require medical treatment for it. This presentation is supposed to help them understand asthma and educate them about the condition.
