Every sales organization faces hurdles. Technical hurdles, Financial hurdles, Logistical hurdles--but the biggest hurdle any organization faces may be... people.

Think of the time and resources wasted and opportunities lost when a sales staff won't utilize an expensive CRM system, or when seasoned sales reps won't coach their younger teammates, or when organizations go to lengths to train their people--but nothing changes.

These problems are common because it's difficult to get people to change behavior. Businesses may use incentives, penalties and training... but these strategies commonly fall flat and are not enough to truly influence behavior change.

Research shows that it takes more than single-pronged solutions to influence complex human behaviors.
