Caribbean Voice Needed

I need a light West Indian or Jamaica Accent female voice to insert in a film during post production. This person's voice will be used on the receiving end of a telephone call to a pyschic.
The script will be provided. The accent need to be strong. In fact the original voice in this film is not of a Jamaican decent it's an american portraying a Jamican. Marla Gibbs from the sitcom "The Jeffersons" is the original voice who is mimicking that of a Jamaican Pyschic. This person will need to sound the same. Lines are attached. This will be the voice of "Madame B".

Michael is perfect for me. He’s
goal oriented, he’s a perfect
gentleman, he comes from a good
family, we’ve been together off
and on for five years. We share
the same work ethic, sense of
style, command of business and he
has a supreme self confidence and
feeling of security one feels just
being around him, but lately he's
changing (for the better), he's
becoming less like himself and
more like another man that I'm
interested in named Jay. I really
don't know all that much about
Jay, except for when I'm around
him everything seems perfect. He's
much more laid back than Michael
although lately he's been more
conservative and I'm beginning to
see some of Michael's qualities in
Jay. I understand it’s completely
illogical for someone like myself
who runs a mid-size computer
consulting business, responsible
decisions that affects hundreds of
people on a daily basis, not to
mention being the single parent of
a gifted child, to be asking for
advice from a psychic, but..I need
help. What should I do?.
