1. An ultra-high output production machine. It is a labor cost and energy cost saver. It reduces energy consumption per unit of GDP, and complies with national energy saving requirements.
2. The machine adopts a 12-station rotary turntable, each segment possess four rows of bores. There are four capsules separating unit. Four loading alignment fork for capsules alignment filling are filling at the same time thus greatly improved the production speed of the device from a production rate from less than 200,000 / hour to 450,000 / hour.
3. There is new arrangement for stations during production: the reject station is moved to the station before the filling station (the seventh station), the closing is moved to two station (tenth station) after the filling station (the eighth station). This will allow the capsule to be capped at the tenth station, after the filling and segment alignment station, thus reducing the maximum exposure time and the possibility of powder spillage into the air.
4. The segment cleaning station has new pneumatic blowing technology to produce instant high-pressure air while cleaning is done in the bores of the segment. The dust on the wall of the bores can be completely blown off and sucked by the vacuum cleaner thus achieving the best cleaning effect in the segment bores.
5. The new finished product discharge mechanism is controlled by a servo motor. It will prevent accumulation of material at the discharge opening thus enabling the product to be accurate, constantly being monitored, and facilitated in timely adjustment of product filling.
6. High-precision drive mechanism, all cams employs the most advanced curved trajectory track. It is machined on CNC machines thus achieving high precision and stable operation. This includes the dosing cam, sequential alignment fork cam and the capsule-closing cams. Cams used in the finished product discharge are designed as inner cams thus increases stability. At the same time, dosing cams employs a double-sided inner cam, which enables a smoother run, which have a definite effect on filling accuracy improvements.
7. Extra-large diameter dosing disk increases dosing precision. It increases the scope of applications for the materials used. Dosing disc diameter has been increased to 540mm. At the same operating velocity, the centrifugal force increases linearly with the diameter of the dosing disk, so that a more uniform and flat distribution of the material exist in the ring containing the powder, thereby improving its filling precision. Depending on the different physical properties of the material, improvements in filling accuracy can range from 10% to 40%.
8. The height of the ring containing the powder is increased and thus the linear speed of the powder in the ring is increased. This will allow the powder entering into the dosing disk to increase. New design of the tamping pings structure has its length increased by 60 mm. The structural changes to the head ensured filling accuracy.
9. The control unit and the main machines are separated and can be placed in combination according to the actual site conditions. This reduces the vibrations from the main machine to the control unit. Touch screen of the control operations are safe and easy. Optional print function of production parameters is available. A printing port is provided and has alarm function for lack of capsules, lack of materials thus ensuing product safety. Innovative inching technology applications make the equipment easier to adjust.
10. The AS59-II vacuum machine uses a filter bag structure for its segregation. It has strong sucking ability, easy to maintain, easy to clean, able to work continuously; ensure a smooth and reliable operation.
11. Option to choose empty capsule automatic loading system thus enabling the machine to easily and reliably transfer empty capsules to the capsule hopper according to production situation.
12. Option to choose ZKSL-180 vacuum feeder. Feeding machine has segmented hybrid technology to avoid delamination problems during the automatic feeding of powder and its pellets.
13. Optional metal detector. Detector can segregate and discard finished products that contain out of specs foreign metal body thus ensuring drug safety
