[In a musing, thoughtful manner] We should be getting more F.O.B.T. cards back. We’re only getting about half of them back, and even then, some of the samples are useless. What can we do to try and fix this?
We need to be more aggressive about recommending colo-rectal screening, because randomized trial data shows fewer deaths among screened individuals.
[Speaking thoughtfully, after considering for a moment] Yeah, only recommending a colonoscopy every five years isn’t practical, or even recommended for routine screening. We’ll have to agree on something else.
