Project Main Details
Book trailer for an author’s newest book. Trailer will be created in Adobe Flash and posted on the author’s website. It will also be posted on YouTube.
The script is five lines and 39 words. There is no time limit, but we like to keep trailers for the web short (aiming for under 30 seconds).
Book/Trailer Style:
The author writes romantic suspense (heavy on the suspense). The style of the trailer will be like a horror/thriller movie trailer. Scary droning music, crashing sound effects, ominous voice over.
Story:
Basically about a psychopath who escapes prison and seeks revenge on the woman who testified against him.
Audience:
Visitors to author’s website. Mostly female.
Voice Over Style:
Male, middle age, deep, ominous
Post Production:
Dry read. I will edit. Three takes on closing line.
