Project Main Details

Biggin Hill Air Fair
The project is our 'Biggin Hill Air Fair 2008' Official DVD.

Production run will be around 1000 but will also be available to our internet suscribers. The program is 1 hour long and is basically a series of flying displays recorded at the event.

The script links the displays together and gives a little information about each performer. This needs to be delivered in a confident and 'knowledgeable' but relaxed tone.

There are points at which a little emotion needs to be delivered these range from excited dramtic introductions: "...and hears the Eurofighter Typhoon!" to more poignant conclusions such as the Solo Spitfire Finale: "As John completes the solo display in his inimitable style, we remember ‘The Few’, who flew from this airfield to defend these shores and so often paid the ultimate sacrifice."

Script Details

Sample provided for auditions:

Speaking of awesome, here’s the Typhoon!

The Meteor first flew in 1943 and was Britain’s first jet fighter aircraft, entering service in 1944. Several versions of the aircraft were produced, the F8 version being the mainstay of RAF Fighter Command until the introduction of the Hunter and Supermarine Swift.

As John completes the solo display in his inimitable style, we remember ‘The Few’, who flew from this airfield to defend these shores and so often paid the ultimate sacrifice.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
