This will be a consistent work for the voice over selected since we’re going to be updating/changing these messages at least every month.
In this particular program we will be featuring baking tips. We are looking for a Informed and upbeat, friendly, fun voice.
The budget will be $50 per page with an average of 4 messages each page.

Hi – I’m Charlotte… and this, is Better Baking! Always make sure you use the right amount of flour in your recipes… It’s best to scoop flour with a spoon into your measuring cup, rather than dipping your cup directly into the flour. This keeps the flour from getting compacted – and ensures you have just the right amount for your recipe. Then, once you have your measuring cup full, just use a knife to sweep the excess off the top! Your cakes, cookies and breads will all taste perfect! Hi – I’m Charlotte… and this, is Better Baking! Cakes almost always cook evenly when they’re in the middle of your oven – not too close to either side. Plus, if you’re baking more than one cake at a time, make sure you rotate the pans – but not too soon! Wait until your cake is set --- which is usually about 2/3 of the way through the baking process. Otherwise, you could see your cake collapse right in front of your very eyes! Hi – I’m Charlotte… and this, is Better Baking! If you’re having trouble buttering your cake pans, try using a basting brush! You’ll get better overall coverage in those hard to reach areas – and you’ll keep your fingers clean! I find it’s easier than holding a stick of butter in my hands – and unlike using my fingers, buttering cake pans with a basting brush always goes on even every time. Plus, it makes buttering parchment paper a breeze as well. *********************************************************
