************************************************** Welcome to the world of ****** We would like to run you through some of the basic exercises possible with your home gym. If you just follow along with this seven minute workout, you will be well on your way to a new fit you.
Follow along as our models do ten reps of each exercise.
Be aware of your posture while you exercise. Keep your motions slow, smooth and consistent. Avoid jerking and speeding through your routine.
Keep the middle slide bar even as you push out or pull in. If a slider pops out, just pop it back in place and keep exercising.
When adjusting the tension, remember to place the ball inside the hole of the slide bar end cap. Then lock it in place by pushing the cords outwards towards the frame.
When performing exercises keep your knees or hands centered on the pads. Then use your muscles to keep the bar balanced. Sometimes the bar seems unbalanced simply because one arm may be weaker than the other arm. Keep at it. You’ll get the hang of it after a couple of minutes.
For a more challenging workout, try compounding your exercises. For example, while doing chest presses, do squats . Another way to compound your exercises would be to simply balance on one foot while performing another exercise.
The final exercise demonstrated is the ***** indoor jump rope routine. This requires removing the cords and the crossbar. After that is done, a single cord is attached across the bottom of the device and the ***** is rocked back and forth as Eric demonstrates. This will take a little practice depending on your jump roping skills.
