Our client is looking for a voice actor for a training video for his new employees.
******* Overview:
Here’s what we are about……******** is a nationwide solution to the hassle of collegiate and small residential moving…..We call 'em micro-moves; ….., moves where the customer doesn't need professionals, they just need some athletic, educated folks from their local university to come knock out some grunt work.
We believe in empowering students to work rather than making them work.
As a********, you get to work when and if you want to and, if you coordinate it right, you get to work with your friends!
******** make $13 or $15 per hour plus tips, but we'll get to that. …… you have the ability to work in any one of our cities, year round. It's as easy as changing your current city in your profile.
So really it's pretty much the best college job ever. Work with your friends on your own time, meet and help cool people, and make a heck of a lot more money than working at the bagel shop.

Referral Code:

In addition to busting out moves, you play a big part in spreading the good news.
Well, you've been given a personal code that you can give to absolutely anybody and everybody. Then if somebody books a job with your code we pay you 5% of the entire cost of the move, and we send you an alert text as soon as someone books. That way, you get dibs on claiming it as well. So, refer a $400 move, and we'll shell out 20 bones.- you don't even have to work that…. Refer a $400 move, claim it, work for 4 hours and dominate: well you just made $80 bucks - plus a fat $50 tip for being a super hero. Moral of the story: give your code to EVERYBODYYYYY. One last piece of advice on this one; make sure to give it to your mom... she'll get you moves, guaranteed.

Now we're on to operations. Let's start with the Job Board. This is where you claim all your moves. Don't feel like working? Don't claim a job. Love making money? The job board is your best friend. When a customer books a move on **************** it appears here, ripe for the picking. It's first come first serve: the******** who checks the Job Board the most is the*********who gets the most work. Wanna work with a friend? Boom, invite 'em to claim the job with you.

So, you have two options: the Captain, or the Wingman. Captains make $15/hr + tips, and Wingmen make $13/hr + tips. Of course as Captain, you're the manager, you're required to communicate with the customer, you get to know them, you make sure your Wingman is on time, and you're the leader of the job. Basically, just take initiative, set the pace and make decisions on the job. If you're a Wingman, show up on time, look damn good and rock and roll. As far as clocking in and clocking out, our system will be texting you directions prompting you to do this at the appropriate time. Just do what the texts say and you'll be good to go.

Some of our moves require us to provide a rental truck with Penske or U-Haul. Boom. Now we're a full service moving company. It will clearly state on the job that this requires the Captain to pick up the truck. We book the truck at ********** and attach all of the necessary info on the job such as the address and reservation number. Once the move is complete, you must fill up the tank with gas to the original level you received it. We pay the Captain for gas and additional effort to pick up the truck. We are fully insured, although please drive carefully and be wary of overhangs.

******* CODE:

We're an awesome, laid back company with minimal supervision. Why? Because we empower our ******** to be awesome, responsible and to follow through with their commitment. There are a few core values that are extremely important to us: They are:
1) Commitment:
Nobody is telling you when and where to be. If you're working an 8am job on Saturday, it's because you signed up for it in the first place and wanted to be there. We do not allow our Bellhops ]to back out of moves, so if you claim it, be 100% sure you will be there.

2) Punctuality :
We show up on time. On time means being there 10 minutes early. Want people to respect you? Respect other people and their time.

3) Communication & Empathy:
Put yourself in the customer's shoes. You might be the parent of your daughter in college and you're driving from 4 hours away with a U-Haul full of belongings….. you ordered some moving help from college kids online….you are going to be seriously stressed out and you want to be damn sure that your ******** are going to be there…right?.
The customer NEEDS to hear from you. The Captain must call the customer when he claims the job and on the day of, both of which we send you in a text reminder with the customer's number. All you have to do is tap your phone, introduce yourself by name and******** and assure them you'll be there at the scheduled time. The customer is now stress free.

4) Ridiculous Customer Service:
******** have positive attitudes and are enthusiastic. That’s because you're a college student and your lives are friggin awesome. Everybody knows you're awesome, so be awesome.
******** give insane effort. Come out of left field and bring your customers ice cold waters to enjoy while they watch you work. After you've clocked out, don't stop. Unload their boxes. wash their dishes, hang their TV. Impress the hell out of them and make them kick you out. Tips will rain upon you. Ridiculous service = ridiculous tip.

What to wear:
Another perk, we don't have uniforms, we just expect you to look great. Think about what a typic mover looks like…..OK… don't look like that. Look presentable, look good enough to stay for dinner after the move.
Feet: running shoes or boots... gotta take care of your feet,
Pants /Shorts: Don't wear sweatpants or athletic shorts.
Shirt: Must have sleeves, wear a Shirt with your schools logo or student organization, it makes the customer comfortable, trust us.

At the completion of every one of your moves and in order to get paid, you will be required to anonymously review the*********************************************************************************** again? and 2) In your opinion would the customer want to have that ******* work for them again? Pretty easy.

In addition, each one of your customers will be filling out performance reviews about YOU. They rate you on attitude, effort, punctuality and how presentable you were. This is serious: one bad review and you're gone.

Okey dokey, if you got all that then we're good to go.
Welcome to the team, it's time to dominate.
