Somewhere along the line, ********** stopped being fun. It turned into a big hassle. The miracle of ********** became a tyranny of restrictions.

Nowhere was this more apparent than with********************************* By 2010, most *********************** were no longer about frequency – or ******* They were about ***********************************************************. Sure, the *************************************, but good luck actually *********************************

Once again, it was up to ****************** to save the day and rescue ***************************************

That’s right. In 2011, Southwest Airlines unveiled an All-New Rapid Rewards program.

This presented two huge challenges. First, we knew that current members, who loved, loved, loved Rapid Rewards would freak out. In fact, we were freaked out! And second, Southwest gave us unprecedented acquisition goals to achieve in the midst of the change.
After we were done freaking out we came up with a plan. Show real Southwest Airlines employees as the heroes they really are, rescuing frequent flyers from other airlines’ red tape.

Wherever red tape was preventing frequent flyers from using their hard-earned miles, Rapid Rewards was there to save the day.

After the dust had settled and the red tape had cleared, we had turned the negative perception of change into a positive realization that the all-new Rapid Rewards was once again the traveler’s hero.
