NARRATOR Most problems can be fixed by resetting your equipment. If you have a wireless router, locate the power adapter and unplug your wireless router from the wall, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Then, reboot your computer and check it again. If this does not solve your problem call us back and we will continue troubleshooting the problem with you. If you have already tried this and your service is still not working, press 1 for a technical support agent.
